Project 1-Footprint
The Footprint activity is a great project for getting to know your students and their artistic abilities. It allows students to get creative and think about what they want to share about themselves with the class. First, you trace your foot on a large piece of construction paper and cut it out. Then, you can allow students to use three media pieces to show their interests and hobbies. They will need to be included in their own unique way. There should be a decent amount of used space. My explanation of my symbols: Airplane: I love to travel and go to new places. I have been to 15 states and want to travel the world one day.
